Quality Commitment
We are committed to printing your business cards to professional standards using premium materials. If your order contains printing defects or errors caused by us, we will reprint your business cards at no additional cost.
Eligible for Return or Reprint
You may be eligible for a reprint or refund if your business cards have:
- Printing defects such as smudging, color misalignment, or poor print quality
- Incorrect specifications that differ from your approved proof
- Production errors including wrong quantity, incorrect paper stock, or missing finishes
- Damage that occurred during production or shipping while in our care
Not Eligible for Return
The following situations are not eligible for returns, reprints, or refunds:
- Errors in the design that were present in the approved proof, including spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design flaws
- Minor color variations inherent in the printing process and within industry standards
- Change of mind or no longer needing the business cards after production has begun
- Issues caused by low-resolution files or unsuitable file formats you provided
- Minor cutting or positioning variations within standard printing tolerances
Return Timeframe
Claims for defective business cards must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your business cards promptly upon delivery and contact us immediately if you identify any quality issues covered by our policy.
How to Initiate a Return
If you believe your business card order is eligible for return or reprint:

- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue
- Send clear photographs showing the defect or error
- Our team will assess your claim and respond within 48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange for a reprint or refund as appropriate
Importance of Proof Approval
We provide digital proofs for all business card orders before printing. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof. Once you approve the proof, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of all content, including text, images, colors, and layout. We cannot accept returns for errors that were visible in the approved proof.
Reprints and Corrections
If we determine that a reprint is necessary due to a printing defect or our error, we will reprint your business cards at no additional charge. Reprints typically follow our standard production timeline unless otherwise arranged.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where a reprint cannot resolve the issue or if we are unable to fulfill your order as specified. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. Refunds do not include any shipping or rush charges unless the issue was caused by our error.
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of business card printing, all orders are considered custom products. Once production has begun based on your approved design, orders cannot be canceled or returned unless they meet the criteria outlined in this Return Policy.
Shipping for Returns
If we request that you return defective business cards, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs will be covered by Handmademycustom when the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your claim, please contact our management team for further review. We will work diligently to find a satisfactory solution.
Design File Retention
We retain your approved design files for a reasonable period to facilitate easy reorders. If you need to reorder identical business cards in the future, this makes the process faster and ensures consistency.

Handmademycustom reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your order will apply to that specific order.
